Management systems
Custom systems for clients, tasks and inventory.
When off-the-shelf software does not match how you work, you usually bend to fit it — or pay for twenty features to use three. I build a system around your process, with accounts, permissions and reporting.
What you get
- ✓One module to start — clients, tasks or inventory — rather than everything at once
- ✓User accounts and permissions: who sees what, and who can change it
- ✓Reports that answer the questions you actually ask
- ✓Connections to the systems you already use, wherever there is an API
- ✓Room to grow module by module, without rebuilding the foundation
- ✓All the code stays yours — you are not renting access to your own system
A good fit if
- ·You run clients or orders in spreadsheets that have outgrown themselves
- ·You pay monthly for a CRM and use a fraction of it
- ·Your process is specific and every ready-made tool needs a compromise
- ·Several people work on the same data and keep overwriting each other
Pricing
Starts at €179 and covers the scope described. Anything larger is quoted after a short conversation — all starting prices are here.
What I build it with
The same stack as the web apps: Next.js for the interface, Supabase and Prisma for the data. Hosted on your own infrastructure if you prefer.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use an off-the-shelf CRM?
If ready-made software fits your process, buy it — it is cheaper and I will tell you so. A custom system earns its place when you are paying monthly for twenty features to use three, or when every ready-made tool forces a compromise on how you work.
Can it grow later?
Yes, which is why we start with one module. The foundation is built so the next module goes on top instead of forcing a rebuild. Each addition is quoted separately, so there are no surprises.
Who holds the data?
You do. It is hosted on your infrastructure or your account, and all the code is yours. You are not renting access to your own data, and you are not tied to me to carry on.
