Automations

Workflow automation with n8n and Make.

Every business has work somebody does by hand every day: moving data from email into a spreadsheet, sending the same messages, retyping orders from one system into another. That gets automated — usually for under a hundred euro.

What you get

  • A working process that runs without anyone starting it
  • The tools you already use, connected — no switching systems
  • Error handling: you hear about it when something breaks, not a month later
  • A short write-up of what the process does, so it does not depend on me
  • An AI step where it earns its place — classifying, extracting, drafting replies

A good fit if

  • ·Someone on the team copies data between two systems every day
  • ·Orders arrive by email and someone retypes them by hand
  • ·Reports are assembled manually every Friday from several sources
  • ·You pay for several SaaS tools that do not talk to each other

Pricing

Starts at €69 and covers the scope described. Anything larger is quoted after a short conversation — all starting prices are here.

What I build it with

n8n and Make for the workflows, OpenAI for steps that involve reading text. The n8n instance can be yours, so the workflows stay with you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to switch the tools I use?
No — the point is the opposite. I connect what you already have. If a tool has an API or webhook it almost always works; if it does not, I tell you before you have paid.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow is built with error handling and a notification, so you find out the same day rather than at month end. If a third-party API changed, the fix is covered by a monthly plan if you have one, or quoted as a small separate fix.
Where do the automations run?
On your own n8n instance or your own Make account. The workflows and the data stay with you, and they keep running whether or not I am involved.
